Banning Unified School District is committed to ensuring that all students have access to safe and nutritious meals that meet their individual needs. If your child requires meal modifications due to a medical condition, allergy, or special dietary need, please complete and submit the appropriate form below.

You may return completed forms to your school site’s Health Technician or email them directly to Child Nutrition Services nutritionservices@banning.k12.ca.us
