Peachjar for Digital Flyer Distribution

We are proud to partner with Peachjar, a digital platform that helps us connect schools, parents, and community organizations while supporting student success. Peachjar streamlines school-to-home communication by delivering district-approved flyers directly to families via email and school websites. By going paperless, we are also supporting sustainability and saving thousands of trees each year.

For Parents/Guardians

Peachjar keeps all important school and community information in one easy-to-access place! In addition to receiving flyers via email, families can view current flyers by clicking the Peachjar icon on their school’s website.

NO ACTION IS REQUIRED ON YOUR PART! You will receive a welcome email from Peachjar that includes a username and password. You do not need to login to receive or view the flyers. The username and password are just a means for you to manage your preferences, if you would like to do so.

We suggest that you add school@peachjar.com to your email contacts. When you receive your first electronic flyer, be sure to click "always display images". This system is used exclusively for distribution of school-approved flyers. Your email address will NOT be shared or used for any other purpose. Peachjar requires a current guardian email address on file.

For Community Organizations

We welcome partnerships that bring enriching programs and services to our students. Through Peachjar, your organization can submit digital flyers directly to families across the District. While Peachjar charges a nominal fee for this service, the cost is typically lower than printing and delivering paper flyers—and it includes added benefits like clickable website links, flyer performance reports, and significant time savings.

How to Submit a Flyer:

  1. Create an account as a Community Organization at Peachjar.com.

  2. Review our Flyer Approval Guidelines (see below).

  3. Visit the Post & Notify section in your Peachjar account to upload and submit your flyer.

Flyers are emailed to parents and posted on school websites once approved. Paper flyers from external organizations are no longer distributed.

Flyer Approval Guidelines

We value our community partners and appreciate your interest in sharing information with our families. Please review our District's flyer approval guidelines before submitting:

  1. Allow up to 10 business days for flyer review and approval.

  2. Flyers must be educational, culturally enriching, or civic in nature and aligned with the District’s mission, vision, and goals.

  3. Organizations must be a nonprofit or civic entity. Proof of nonprofit status and Tax ID must be submitted through Peachjar.

  4. If your program has a fee, scholarships must be available for low-income students. Include scholarship information on the flyer.

  5. Flyers must be submitted as a single PDF in both English and Spanish (English first).

  6. Only flyers relevant to families within our District boundaries will be considered.

  7. Flyers containing political, commercial, or controversial content will not be approved.

  8. All flyers must comply with Use of Facilities requirements if the event is hosted at a District site. 

  9. Flyers not meeting the above criteria will be denied.

Schools

Having a school event or fundraiser? Banning USD schools have the ability to post their own flyers in order to avoid paper flyers being distributed on campus. Reach out to communications@banning.k12.ca.us for assistance.
