Banning Unified School District is pleased to offer an online facility request and rental system designed to provide a streamlined and user-friendly experience for community members, organizations, and partners. This system allows users to view available facilities, submit requests, receive estimated rental costs, and complete payments online.

How to Request a Facility

  1. Visit the District’s facility use site at https://www.facilitron.com/busd92220.

  2. Create a Facilitron account or log in to your existing account.

  3. Select the school or District facility you would like to request.

  4. Review availability, photos, and estimated rental costs.

  5. Submit your request online and upload required documents, including proof of insurance if applicable.

  6. Complete payment through Facilitron once your request is approved.

All facility use requests are reviewed and approved by the District in accordance with Board Policy and Administrative Regulation governing facility use.

Important Notice

The Facilitron system is now live for all sites. All requests for use of District facilities must be submitted through Facilitron. Requests submitted outside of the system cannot be accepted.

For renters with reservations made prior to the launch of Facilitron, accounts have already been created on your behalf. An automated email has been sent with instructions to create a password and access your renter account.
