The Purchasing function supports District departments and school sites by coordinating the procurement of supplies, equipment, and services. This includes:

• Processing purchase requests

• Supporting contract development and compliance

• Maintaining vendor relationships

• Ensuring purchasing practices align with District policies and fiscal guidelines

Vendors interested in doing business with the District must complete the vendor registration process before payment can be issued. Registration helps ensure accurate records, compliance, and timely payment.

The District conducts competitive bidding and procurement in accordance with Board policy and legal requirements. Current and upcoming bid opportunities, as well as related documents and instructions, are made available to vendors through the District’s procurement process.
