Collective Bargaining Agreements
Banning Unified School District values collaborative relationships with its employee organizations and is committed to maintaining transparent and accessible labor agreements. Collective bargaining agreements establish the terms and conditions of employment for represented employees, including provisions related to compensation, benefits, working conditions, leave, and other employment matters.
