Each year, the District recognizes outstanding certificated, classified, confidential, and administrative employees, along with retirees and employees reaching milestone years of service. Selection Process

Employee recognition recipients are selected through a collaborative process designed to recognize excellence, professionalism, service, and commitment to the District community.

Step 1

Nominations

Employees are considered through peer nominations and other applicable recognition processes.

Step 2

School & Department Input

School sites and departments provide input to help identify employees demonstrating outstanding service.

Step 3

District Review

District leadership participates in the review and recognition process.

Step 4

Partner Input

Labor partner feedback is incorporated into the process where applicable.
