Certificated Employees
Banning Teachers Association (BTA)
The Banning Teachers Association salary schedule applies to certificated employees represented by BTA and includes placement based on education and years of service.

Substitute Pay Rates
Substitute Employees
Banning Unified School District establishes Board-approved pay rates for substitute employees who provide temporary support across the District. Pay may be established as a daily or hourly rate depending on the position.

Non-Represented Positions
Non-represented positions include management, confidential, and other administrative roles that are not covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Compensation is established through Board-approved salary schedules.
