Michael O'Neill to the position of coordinator of data and assessment for Banning Unified School District the motion was approved with 48 + 1 are you cooking with Miss Davis share with us the good evening for president darkness by Keanu members of the board dr. Baker our community our staff and people here this evening I just want to share some information on the candidates that were just announced I'm so if I can have just a regular doctor O'Neill doctor penalty come around like a huddle like we just forming Transformers to keep moving forward as a district I'm going to share a little bit about each of each of you and then you can just listen, it's the community like to start with Nick Aguilera Aguilera comes to us from Apple Valley Unified sensor you also graduated from Apple Valley High School he has spent 9 years as a JROTC teacher in Apple Valley and for the past seven years he's been a dean of students at the secondary level so we come to us comes to us with a lot of experience working with students in the classroom which is awesome so miss regular would you please I like to share some information with the board and congratulation bored. The baker it's just an honor to receive this appointment as I looked at jobs to to fill you know if I was looking to to move down to this area Banning shell a good fit and I really hope to bring some of the things I've learned about the PBIS positive behavioral interventions and the restorative practices things that I've been working very actively with over the last seven years I want to bring some of that to here and I'm just very excited to to work in the district and to get Banning High School go Broncos welcome congratulations next we have dr. Veronica Pendleton Dr Farhat Veronica Pendleton was hired on August 2019 as the coordinator of instruction and then went into the role as an interim director of facial services on March 1st that was 12 days for the pandemic started and so given that she has a provide a lot of support for our district and that interim role in assisted Us in moving forward in terms of our instruction program first of all just like to thank the board for this opportunity I am really excited as Aguilera said I'm moving a district Sports I just wanted to come up and again just Echo that appreciation for the appointment and I look forward to helping move the initiatives that we started here in this District to keep moving our students board thank you graduation graduation and finally our last appointment for the evening doctor O'Neill doctor O'Neill started in Banning acts as a substitute in October 2007 and then quickly was promoted as a teacher here in District 2007 students and when doctor Pendleton went over as the interim director of Educational Services dr. O'Neal field the Seas as the interim data in a Cessna and so he knows our district he's done excellent job with data analysis and there are moments when we're meetings were we have Mr Herrera who's also a computer and I think who's going to have the data right or it's because they're just until I actually wired very strongly so we would like to work dr. O'Neal as well I thank you I would like to thank the board for this opportunity and I'm going to say I'm really excited for the work that we're going to do after the positive influence we're going to have in the wisest doing this community congratulations congratulations and you're welcome and congratulations okay moving onto item 3.1 ETA Comics is mr. Garcia with this online good evening everyone I just wanted to take time today to talk about the overall the unkept but it it's pretty good Hellcat by I think it will help a lot of students that but I just wanted to reiterate our our disappointments that there are no intervention teachers in the El Cap I know it's two different trains of thought on how to move forward or no intervention teachers versus coaches but in just in my experience with the coaches and seeing coaches in this district and sing what is another District I haven't seen them be successful yet and so I think that having intervention teachers in the classroom actually helping the students would work best for students I end up helping them close that achievement Gap so hopefully eventually we can get there to where we can get those are against each other in the classroom thank you I can scarce Tia item number 3.2 c s e a comment message sure the good evening president Smith Clerk anguiano or trustees superintendent dr. Baker stopping Community as always is my privilege to be here tonight to speak on behalf of CSEA betting chapter 147 at the last meeting I spoke to you on the generalities of getting unified salaries and how those looking for work take jobs and other industry because of their salaries this time I have some more information for you I won't get too specific because I slept in the go she ate in table but I want to just give you a better idea of what I'm trying to talk about I am excited that we finally have a date of July 8th to go back the table again and start discussing that's that's positive and I've also been told to expect the district on a proposal that meeting and I welcome not so we can keep moving forward so conversation so you have been a big talk doctor compensation survey a chapters willing to participate unfortunately last year Banning unified chose not to participate for whatever reason it happened with the crazy year I took the results from that you can charge them to our salaries my own time to give you a better Gator where we set our district sits in the 30th percentile salaries and it was consistent regardless if I can or the number of districts throughout the state and similar in just a few ideas for you security security in Banning starts at $14 an hour and tops out at $16.40 the regional average so just our region which was about 31 it came up starts at 17 for an hour and topped out at 2508 custodians start at 1527 top out at 1856 the regional average again 1751 to start 2284 are Educators in Banning start at $14.18 top out at $17.23 the regional average starts at 6:44 and ends at 2119 Foodservice 1 getting started $14 an hour max is at 1640 Regional is 1486 and 2119 the food service for Manning at 1565 Top Shot in 1902 with the regional at 1829 topping out at 2380 you can see some of this crap and see why I keep talking about this and why we're discussing it so our schedule go through with the lowest hourly wage of $14 and a maximum hourly range of 27 we have 59 job titles that we fit into that salary schedule we are much too condensed without a picture of the schedule we will not properly compensate our current employees and we will not attract enough applicants to fill our positions which we how to work with a shoe that will become a topic very soon. I was picking on it's just a concern that we're not going to get in the bath fill this position for the fall I'm worried about waterfall looks like we all of our students come back summer school was tough enough with the staff. So imagine bringing everybody back up with the pandemic you know every parent we need to be ready for that. opportunity to speak I'm here to talk with you about equity in our classrooms as it relates to our Smartboard technology when Banning first installed smart Tech smart boards in the classrooms they use what I will call first generation board I was but at that time those boards were not installed in classrooms that were being used as computer or learning lab and then I was in it was described to me that when the computer and learning Labs were converted to traditional classrooms they had newer with alcohol second generation smart Tech Smart Boards installed during the pandemic it's my understanding that was replaced by the new line boards due to the fact smartech boards are becoming obsolete and not being supported the exception to this seems to be that at least some second-generation smart Tech boards have not been replaced including the one in my classroom at pemberley and at least one that I personally thought high school last week when I asked why my classroom did not receive a new line board I was told that my board was newer and did not need to be replaced and then went to the new line board training on Friday June 18th I learned about all the amazing things the new line boards to including the fact that the teacher can send her screen to students individual devices students devices can be shared to the words to all the sorry so all the students and see what they're doing or what they're presenting and the new line boards will automatically take pictures of the board and save it to the teachers drive without the teacher having to do any extra work and then she has access to that man cereal for the students at a later time I then asked our it tax whether or not my second generation Smart Board would do this and I would have won that no it will not any interesting thing is I received this information across the hall from where the training was going where there was a new line board and in the room where we spoke was a second-generation smart Tech porch so even at the high school there's a new line board in one classroom and not in another if my Smartboard did what the new line does I wouldn't be here tonight but it does it so I would like to ask why is not every classroom across the district with these Sports how is this provider Equitable opportunities for our students what message does this communicate to our students and to their parents when their classroom doesn't have the same tools that the classroom next door has what about students with visual impairments or those that need extra time or maybe they need access to those teacher notes and need those screen grabs of what goes on on the board and what about students who have trouble tracking information on a large northward but they can focus when it's on are Chromebooks there is still time to rectify this disparity before we begin school on August 12th and is my sincere hope that you will support our students in regards to this matter thank you very much I going to see can we get some follow-up to that for next next board yes we'll take care of it I think there's a larger issue just in terms of being prepared for summer school and prioritizing but there is there are some differences in what was installed in previous years and how we did that work so I'd like the opportunity to work with the team to rectify the issue but we certainly understand the disparity and the equity issues Misty and I really appreciate you bringing that I'm for you know for it to us but I'm weird I'm going to need an opportunity to work with the team to really Rectify that inequity and we certainly will be bringing some information back at the next board me but thank you for for that person all right that would be the end of community comments for this evening we're going to we can definitely get more information about it overall I do know it sounds like from the past there was some issues with maybe some way lines or something that have gone on that caused some issues and boss that's what we do need to start now that we're getting this information meeting at a new cabin yes we do want to start investigating this and see if there's anything we can do can we go forward with so we'll definitely provide more information as we gain more knowledge about that site specifically thank you if we end up not using a Wii Dale or get rid of it or LeMans trim it particular mou is important for a school district to show that we're looking forward to grow so that more teachers we have more for it is for the president to be present and have the time to do what's right to incorporate everyone I will also help bridge the communication gap as well so good progress all those in favor to approve item 6.13 m 6.13 is approved 50 I haven't still have motion open item Baker cabinet community staff and students to present this evening the proposed budget for 2122 if you remember at the last budget presentation we made a few weeks ago that was considered the preliminary budget and this evening wanted to give some information regarding the proposed budget a few quick California state budget update since we did meet a few weeks ago on June 14th of 21 the 2122 state budget was approved by the legislature but that does not mean it's been approved yet it's a second bullet point states it is essentially sitting on Governor Newsom desk to sign up by July 1st there's just a lot of things going on as we've all seen and in all walks of Our Lives on a lot of revenues been coming into the state of California and so there's just a lot of difference is a lot of people have been so right now it's just being what's the weather at cabinet meetings going on in Sacramento right now as they finalize and last 7 days or so with the budget for the State of California is going to look like a few points that we just wanted to share one of them is we talked about last weekend against proposed would be the nation of the June 2022 lcf past referral again hoping that'll happen again it's not necessarily going to meet any less money to us it just means we wouldn't get the money when we would be expecting it Go the positive noticed this did not get eliminated as we started last time just be a couple days later so again it's of all the things we've done with the last 4 years this one was not a bad one but overall it was just simply be nice if it if it was taken out of budget plans so hopefully it will the next one is again a positive one this would be an old as we talked about Cole. cost of living adjustment is essentially was just saying that for some of the different programs not just simply the lcff the local control funding formula just you know the general money that we get for our budget this would be some of the specific type programs listed if you hear the special education the after-school the man did a block grant those were proposed to get around a 1% Cola a few months ago at May revision and now that they're talking about is giving it a 4.0 5. For those programs overall and then lastly if there are some major Revenue changes we will be providing you with word a 45-day bedroom. So that would be coming at the the beginning of August I think I'll be right around the time when were that 45 days would be out so be right around there we provide us updated budget with a new changes if did a California and active are you in are you anticipating any major or significant changes honestly it's hard to say when he comes up to maybe give his opinion as well because there has been so much coming to us it is Michigan see if there will be any more then again I think I share this maybe not in cabinet but obviously with the governor you know visit his continued his governance see if you will he might be obviously not wanting to vacate the seat so maybe show me more money overall you know so maybe just trying to provide for providing of Education feel that way people are more positive in terms of their opinion of him over also lets you know just general conversation that you can we talk about some intimacy for sure the next slide we share this one last time and just kind of wanted to Simply Sherry know we've just moved up on our on our circles here if you will if you remember last time we talked about the red box at the top and then on the side was the orange on the bottom was the head of the gray-green and then the I'm off to the right was there to the left was kind of a purple and now we're just up at the proposed the budget and El Capitan option night so again it's actually both of them the proposed budget and then the adoption by the board this evening will allow us to then adopted and then essentially start with the 2122 will be that very top box coming soon terms of some of the general fund Revenue expenditures for Banning unified specifically wanted to invite mr. Victor Herrera are fiscal services to go over some of these figures with you thank you mr. mccoppin evening president Smith like I'm ganna same as part of a superintendent dr. Baker under the cabinet public and everyone here today thank you very much for the opportunity it is that time of year to go ahead and about my budget and there's been some updates in our proposal and in the revenue section here total revenues reported 66139342 there's been some additional federal revenue so been recognized as one-time funding has been released and some estimates have been provided also finish your side over to the right hand side in the total projection of 72075184. So when we compare revenues versus our expenditures we do see that we are we have more expenditures in the tune of almost six million dollars this as a result of one-time funding so it is not a structure of production and as far as some of the governor's proposals here as far as Mary Buys in the legislative by there may be some changes their notice for part right now and there may be some changes to the subliminal concentration in the May realize there was a concentration increase from 50% to 65% now the legislature is saying that I said it would be constipation and only to those dishes with the higher unduplicated pupil count they're talking about supplemental for all the students that are on Jupiter from all districts for the increase from 20% to 23.3% likelihood it will have to revise the budget to ensure that that's are adopted Budget moving forward of course was your Summer Calvin stated will be coming back to board within 45 days with those updates as soon as we get more information another key difference from the May revise to the legislature is the stairs and purse Pension Plan liabilities at the state level the governor at that point Governor Brown at a subsidy that was buying down that pension liability on behalf of the district's that's a subsidy has expired we're hoping that it would back in a few days. Today she may be doing that so what that means that it'll cost districts and pull your  little bit less should the subsidy continue moving forward at that point will be reflected in our Spanish now moving on to almost a year production we have 21 22 22 23 + 2324 as I mentioned earlier we have a deficit and do 21 time-restricted finding grade in an effect of deficit spending we also have the same phenomenon in 23 24 going a 1.1 million dollar deficit again this is all the result of one-time funding and just want to ensure that on the undershirt that side the component that does tricks Central Reserve we are working at a positive and so here we see from 2122 and 11.36% reserved for economic uncertainty that's our fund balance as a component of expenditures just to 15.31% and we're really strengthening our financial position with these projections are there any questions so today it was a very simple conversation we did have a very detailed countries that were in our last presentation as far as the May revise and some of those components and of course our next step is waiting for the United budget see you there in a mature differences that need to be recorded and I will be coming back to board with those changes if need now hand it over back to miss to the shopping so I'm about the next steps we thought we'd finished our presentation this evening with a nice easy slide essentially the same what are the next steps what are the next things that mr. her I will be presenting the podium so the person obviously is tonight is bringing for the proposed budget for adoption and then the next one again as we put in princess in French Caesar if needed if there are material changes the budget overall we will be providing and presenting a 45 day budget revision the third bullet point is the 2021 on a audited actuals which essentially as we called at the year-end closing that's basically when everything's going to be wrapped up from the year that we're currently in right now the next 7 Days the 2021 year on everything is done from accounting standpoint put a bow tie on it and we're ready to see how we finished out the year than that becomes how we close out the year and that will then become part of our beginning fund balance for the new year that we're going to be starting here soon and then lastly just in terms of progress for the year the first report will be provided before December 15th now that's the when was the date for the closing of the books to the county by September 15th and as we close and we can enjoy mr. Valdivia on the screen or in the back I guess as well so it was actually taken yesterday it's the first day of school at the high school so we just wanted to give me a shout out to everybody who is I work so hard for summer school obviously it was a lot to tackle if you will in terms of coming in and out of school for a 13 14 15 months and it just was amazing to see everything all together and real successful so but with that said are there any less what is regarding the budget so I have a few questions so that they're not about mr. They are the first day of school so so this is 4.05 so is the legislature recommending that they lure it or that they adekola to these areas special-ed and after-school thing to do at the overall lcff Cola. Still proposed what they talked about so we talked about last couple weeks ago was the General Cola for our lcff this is specifically for the special type programs and it would be increasing it from it was 1.7 points 1 .07 jump it all the way up to 4.5 so again really good news that we do hope that does get put into the budget change that right thank you any further questions or comments WIC office Revere so I am item 6.16 over to prove to say I those opposed a non atom 6.16 is proved 50 and wow did we get through that totally quickly progress item number 77 .1 governance train update do we have anything to stop at nothing to obtain on the hamburger we didn't meet but I think we're still looking what you having an opportunity for the entire board to go through the Master's and governance together I know you've already done it twice but one more time is good I'm looking forward to it I kind of miss it every once in awhile I think to myself you know what direction am I supposed to take me like I'm supposed to set the direction they have to go back and think of them at all grass and everything is helpful very helpful I've got two of those classes done and they've been very informative I have a another one third course next month so I'm really looking forward to them person or virtual I would recommend if you have a chance to wait and then finish it out in person I just I think that it would I'm just anxious to get it all done so I can do this job properly do virtual learning in general is just a better atmosphere you get to meet other board members in person and see other superintendents and how they interact it's good that's good I would agree because I've learned now from when we were at graduation how people actually look a lot different in person than they do on Virtual but I was able to because it was virtual I was able to interact with people all over the state of California sell it with weed it's probably going to be more Southern California you know they kind of got it so it was really interesting to hear how you know people from Sacramento like how different and how different their boards set up and all those kind of things closed. Com maybe a little better but I'm looking forward to doing it in person and also I'm hoping that because then they have that follow up past the president's training and I'm looking forward to do that one again to see where it's going to be enjoyed the Breakout set cuz we got to speak in a smaller group you know to superintendents and other board members and find out experiences that they've dealt with and how they handled it which gave me Insight like okay if that ever comes up I have an idea what to do what not to do so I enjoyed that I also want to recommend for everyone on the board that Saturday is every other Saturday now and I've missed a couple cuz we've been having meetings and stuff but I would wreck and the coffee and conversation with it's it's way less structured you know we have an agenda and stuff in it but like those small room breakouts it's really interesting you know but like it those are the ones I go with the knife not in pajamas on the bottom what time do those normally go on start start at 9 and then go to 10:30 and very informal and it's kind of nice and I'm the official scorekeeper. show me softball is over and she was going to keep going on man every other Saturday so the last one was on the 19th so whatever the 14 days from the 19th of you know the way I just want to add that I believe this governance Chinese good networking opportunity to me other board members emphasized the importance of not because we're not alone in a lot of our issues or challenges and so it's interesting to see the perspective of another District board and how they're approaching it or what they feel is appropriate or not such as I think it's really for networking and hopefully were able to get into csb a conference in San Diego this December as well again because not only their information is valuable for the different sessions but it's just that networks not working. So important I feel so which will lead me to the email that you sent as far as the training that you were interested in coming up so I would like to try to get that on my schedule at the earliest convenience of everyone and it would be a one-day event if we chose did you have different options and splitting it up into two sessions phase or we can just try and do six hours all together but it sounds like that would be something really beneficial for us I'm sorry I don't recall the email can you imagine and that we get down on the agenda so I just want to buy the new beginnings it's for new board members Anthem General I can forward you the brochure to you it's a going to expire and it kind of explains it I'd appreciate that it would be good for the government's team also in that light we had a our annual Board review and self-evaluation on this past Saturday and those minutes are recorded I know there was a miss app with the agenda with was missing some details on but I just like let the public know that it is out there and it's at the minutes of that were recorded So if anyone is interested in reviewing that feel free okay Lucy do you have anything no sir I would lead us into the superintendent's comments Doctor Baker well good evening board members and distinguish cabinet as well as community members I'm this week we had our first day of in-person learning and that we started summer school Tuesday and the team did a phenomenal job of working collaboratively and make sure rooms were ready to make sure that many of the interactive boards were set up and so I just want to give quick shout-out and kudos to all of the staff of both classified and certificated staff who really pulled together in the final hours to make sure that students and staff had what they needed I also text to just say that we sincerely appreciate all of the families I think this is one of the largest student populations we've had for summer school in quite some time with over I want to say 900 we're about at 1,000 students right now and so but you know folks were really excited to come back to school the students are gray cabinet members and staff were all in the morning and throughout the day and and just greeting students helping them find their room supporting parents and so it is all hands on deck process and so I do want to just extend my sincere gratitude just for the team work that goes into reopening schools after everyone's been off for an entire year so it's really an exciting time I also thank you for all that you do our top priority right now is to ensure that we have a quality reopening in August and we have a lot of training a lot of preparation that's going into having a quality reopening but I have every confidence in the world that our team is going to do this work very well so you're going to have an opportunity to hear about the details over the next couple of weeks I will be sending out a lot of information and where there are questions and where there are mistakes we will you know correct them we will acknowledge our errors and we will correct them and move forward I'm we are here to serve the community to serve the schools the students and the staff and that is of the perspective with which I lead the league 15 but I'm really excited and we have our you know summer school that we're going to be in buildings all week and some of next week but our main priority going forward is really focus on equality reopening for in-person learning beginning in August and so the staff again just my sincere gratitude for all the work that you all do, and then for the board as well for supporting us. laugh and bringing it you know challenges to our attention that too has been incredibly important because we can resolve the issues that we know about anything that we don't know about you know that will continue to perpetuate the problem in the behavior so I'm we are a problem-solving team we're focused on the quality reopening and I'm excited about you know August and all of the work that we're doing between now and then to make sure that we're success so thank you for all that you do I'm in keep up the good work thank you of time I think that we had a discussion I think we're going to talk about it I want you to report items that there's possibly going to be a special board meeting coming up sometime because we have a lot of things that you voted on in order for IB program or something I don't know just like all these things are popping into my head but I think it was going to be a gen dice for that we'll discuss the future board items at number 11 but the Jennifer closed session tonight was completed, was completed okay 9.1 board members comments All right so I want to have John Dies at the next regular school schedule school board meeting with only the 5 school board members and legal representation of available for closed session the item topic of the superintendent's behavior that occurred in a prior School Board they should not be an issue as explained to me by prep. president that Apple was taken and it was agreed to be discussed in closed session thank you okay so I'm going to start back I have to do it order of how I did it so that I can remember so I want to start with tomb and I was very honored to be a part of the promotion graduation it was a graduation and I wanted to congratulate everyone at who is party just watching the kids come through with their parents are some kids came through and there were four cars and they were all honking and balloons and some have some really loud motorcycles and hold out and made a lot of noise and set off car alarms and it was just really exciting I want to see the kids that came through and then the second was Nicolet Middle School going back to Nicollet after I had been there for so many years it was really awesome to be there and watch with mr. Valdivia and I had actually done graduation and promotion at Nicollet before so that was it was very familiar it was not it was very hot and but yeah it was really interesting because Erica said that I recognized that I had taught some Cabazon so that was really cool to see a my kids still making it this is really good and then over to Cabazon which is always like going home and they were such a great job there in and they didn't you know it was really kind of worn that day too so the teachers were rotating a garden doubt that they had it all organized and they're seeing the kids that I have for first grade coming out of fifth grade I was just like wow you really need to see treadmill it's like everybody's going too fast so that was really awesome and then finally the honor of being on stage at the Banning High School with dr. Gomez and all of our cabinet and. Baker and the rest of the board and just being able to shake hands with the kids and say hey so what's next for you and having things from I'm going to be a model I'm going to be a tattoo artist I'm going to use the Irvine I'm going to Las Vegas is the site it was so awesome nobody said Disneyland so I don't know I know it's open and they could have said I'm going to just now but nobody said that so it was just really awesome in to watch like you all that excitement that you say we've done in and it's over it's really great it was really wonderful so that was my week last week and just to be able to see all that was truly awesome plus our self evaluation I just wanted to say it was really good sitting down and talking and getting perspectives from each of us it was almost a it is the breakout rooms in the csba training because we all got to voice our opinion about things that we see that are going on so that was really great so that was my week very busy just in case anybody thinks that we just show up every other Wednesday or so you really do stay busy so anyway those are the positive things going on in Banning Unified School District and I'm excited to see it I'll try and keep my short I would like to give a special thanks to Our IT department because I know this it's only been two days but I know it's just been crazy on your end as well and a special thank you to both of you and entire it team I'd also like to say I think there needs to be some changes in our board policy or bylaws or whatever it says who that there's only one person that can make the agenda I think we all need to have an equal say about what goes on the agenda what we can discuss we are all equal members on the board I feel like we need to be treated as equal and I feel like all of our voices should be heard thank you all for being here tonight thank you for the your presentation really appreciate it very easy to understand I appreciate thank you all Miss Martinez Lara do you have anything tonight I wrote it in the chat cuz Mike DJ said alright thank you is she and she said she put it in the chat can somebody read that out or put it up I can't see it to read it I thank you for our cuz she said thank you all for your time hard work and dedication absolutely appreciate you all my house will be Extremely Loud thanks once again for everyone's hard work and medication thank you all to the invitation to all the ceremonies I got to attend Central Nicolet middle school and Banning High I'm absolutely honored thank you that you forgot of the heart heart heart heart thank you Matt appreciate that she also thanks mr. Davis Dr Pendleton love the dress absolutely gorgeous okay thank you Miss Martinez a lot so it's apparent just from the few comments made right now that is ever more apparent that the training is imperative I feel like with your comment Laura that you made it feel like I'm I'm acting as Hazard to the agenda and setting the agenda which Papa case if there is an item that needs to be brought forward it is protocol of the board to be brought forward in a timely manner to address within the brown act so we have 72 hours prior to the posting it took to the agenda or to the board meeting night to have that post it on the agenda so just if you feel like I have been inequitable in any way shape or form during roll more term as president I'm really sorry you feel that way but I've done everything that I can and what I feel right as as board president so just to get that out there what's really important for this this past week for me is the actual ceremonies and the graduation for the positivity thing moving forward it is fantastic I was able to attend the promotion ceremony at Nicollet it was great to see all the parents and everyone in and it was it was hot that morning but it was relatively short and well-organized and the kids were great and parents were better in the graduation ceremony congratulations to a successful ceremony and it was fantastic to sit there and and be part of that and it was great and it's for me that's as a board member that's the in-game that's that's what this is all about is to get these kids to our district have them move on and be productive citizens and it said it was fantastic it was a great experience so I applaud you for your efforts on that and everyone else as well who was who was involved so it was a great night great experience and I look forward to the next one next year if I could just respond Jason it's it's I meant no disrespect and it's not that I feel like you're Tsar or the only the only one voice but to be fair she did this incident happened last month and she has been asking since we've been this is not the time or place so I just wanted to clarify that was what I was, I just I know I just wanted to clarify all right so future board items we don't need to go into closed session we finished up in the first round this morning or this evening sorry I have a future turn on to 11.1 feature board items we're going to put the governess training on there for New Beginnings even here not there and also we need to discuss the extra board meetings coming up you know in preparation for or opening school session so be prepared to have a couple impromptu or unscheduled meetings were there special sessions or regular scheduled meeting so Jason and Donkey for the end of July one this would not be something to put on a future I mean I went on a special board but the last of July somebody had mentioned in the Cadet Corps and maybe presentation about their field trip I love to see. So if we can maybe ask that I forget I hear his name and I know who he is if he can if he could come and give us a nation besides I like when he comes I feel you know so that would be my future board item if maybe we can get a presentation from the Cadet Corps absolutely I look forward to it if we can have them also start coming in like they did last year and presenting flag at that be awesome I miss that okay anymore if you try to all right side do I have a motion I move to adjourn i s 732 beating his journey
