Local Control Accountability Plan
The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) is a three-year strategic plan that outlines Banning USD’s goals, actions, services, and expenditures to support student success. As part of California’s Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF), the LCAP ensures that resources are aligned with student needs while maintaining transparency and accountability. This plan focuses on accelerating academic achievement, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment, and strengthening family and community engagement. The development of the LCAP is a collaborative process, incorporating valuable input from parents, staff, and community members to guide decision-making and ensure that funding is used effectively to support student outcomes.
