Congratulations to the Banning High School Student Athlete of the Week Justin Finn-Price! Justin is a Boys Water Polo player. Coach Lopez mentioned, "Justin has worked extremely hard as team captain to lead his team to their most competitive season in the Mountain Pass League ever. Banning High School is honoring our outstanding students on Honor Roll from 2nd semester of the 2022-2023 school year. Wednesday October 4th at 9:30am - 12:00pm in our Performing Arts Center . We are so proud of our students and would like to invite you to the ceremony if your student is being honored.

Greetings, We are excited to announce that the Banning Boys' Basketball team will be competing in the best basketball tournament in the entire state of California this season. Please see the attached press release that details all 128 schools competing in it and notable players that have gone on to play in college and the NBA that have participated in it in years past.

Meet Rosalie Ramirez, College & Career Counselor at Banning High School. Growing up she attended schools in both Coachella and Mexicali. She was a first generation/low-income college student and was a Gates Scholar from 2002-2009. She loves advocating for special populations especially students and connecting people to others, resources and opportunities. Outside of work she loves practicing martial arts Aikido and volunteering whenever she can. She chose #BanningUSD after leaving a 12 year career in social work to work as a school counselor. In the short 2 months here she says that everyone has been so warm and welcoming. The kids call her, "Lady in the Library" because of where her office is located...little do they know that being in charge of a career center was her dream job in high school! 💚💚
