Good morning Banning USD Elementary School Families,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to bring to your attention an important update regarding the 2023/24 school year calendar.
Please take a moment to review the attached revised calendar. It is important to note a significant change:
Tuesday, December 19th: This date will not be a Minimum Day for Elementary School students. Please ensure that your Elementary School children are present for the full day of classes.
For Middle School and High School students, the schedule will remain unchanged, and December 19th will still be observed as a Minimum Day.
We understand that adjustments to the school calendar may affect your planning, and we appreciate your understanding. Your attention to this revision ensures that all students continue to receive the valuable instructional time they deserve.

The current application window for students in grades 6-12 to apply to BISS is open now through 12-20-23, for students who want to attend BISS starting the second semester on 1/8/24.
